The Syariah Courts, State Judiciary Department, Prime Minister's Office organised the reading of Surah Yasin and Tahlil for Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien; Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit; and Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji 'Abdul 'Azim. It took place at the Royal Mausoleum in the capital, 18th April afternoon.

Present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Paduka Seri Utama Dato Paduka Seri Setia Awang Haji Salim bin Haji Besar, Chief Syari'e Judge. The ceremony aimed to strengthen religious values aside from seeking Allah's blessings.
